Our trainers include custom nutrition plans. This is included in our 42 Day Lean Body Reset plan. The benefit is that this specific nutrition approach accelerates visible results. And it enhances and complements the personal training sessions, making them more valuable.

    1. Many new personal trainers will test things out on clients 
    2. A trainer with less than 5 years experience doesn’t have enough time in the industry to guarantee results 
    3. Paying for any type of training when it doesn’t work is a complete waste of time, money and effort. It’s imperative to find someone who can show you the way and get results. 
  3. Get a custom plan
    1. Trainers need to have more than one way of training. If a client were to hire the wrong trainer, the client might not get good results. The client in turn will blame themselves and give up. By having a custom plan, the client can achieve more effective results and stay focused.
  4. Personal training is more expensive, but more effective
    1. Fitness classes and pilates are all very well. But if clients want to actually see visible results and feel a change, then they need to be honest with themselves. Is this just another thing they’ve done before that didn’t work? Do they need more than just a simple plan to do on their own? Going with the cheapest option or trainer requires far more work from the client to get results. A good trainer will take responsibility for their clients results and do more of the work.
