How My Client Got Toned in 12 Weeks

I’ve been training Chille for the last 3 months now. She wanted to get more toned when she first came to me.

We started by improving her strength using exercises like the lat pull down and deadlift. She also wanted to improve her core strength for dancing. We worked with her on rotational core movements on the cable machine.

And as her technique improved with all exercises, we increased the weight she was using. There wasn’t much rest between exercises, which creates a fat burning effect. And the first exercise for each session was 2 minutes on the rower.

This increases her heart rate to 150bpm. And that way it’s easy to keep it high throughout the entire strength training session. She did personal training with me for 45min, twice per week. And I gave her our nutrition guides to read on our app. Just from reading these guides and coming in twice per week, she was able to improve her physique and improve her core strength drammatically well within in 3 months.
