This is a fat loss session, where 2 exercises are done with no rest between. It’s called a superset, and the low rest periods increase heart rate and calories burned.

When people say they want to get toned, it really means they want to lose body fat. By losing the top layer of body fat, you’ll reveal muscle definition underneath. When you have less body fat, you’ll look more lean and toned.
And it’s important the methods you use to lose body fat. If you were to just eat less, you would lose any muscle you currently have. That’s why a high protein diet combined with cardio, more daily steps, and strength training in the gym.
This combination is a recipe for effective fat loss for a more lean and toned body.
