Today I trained my client Sufi. When she first came to us, she wanted to get leaner and stronger.

And to be more healthy. For today’s session we did 2min on the rower at maximum pace. Each session, we try to beat the previous record. And each session, I record how far she was able to get. We then did 20 leg raises, which are a lower core exercise.
Then she did 5 push ups on her feet, and 5 push ups on her knees. And we repeated the leg raises and push ups twice. The key here is to not take too much rest between the exercises. This keep her heart rate high, burning more calories.
And burning more body fat. We then did hip thrust with a 30kg barbell. Superset with crab walks using a band around her knees. Then incline smith machine press superset with hamstring curls. Then we finished on lat pull down superset with sled push. This style of training is fat burning and increases strength. For a full body toning session.
