The reason why he’s lost this much weight is because of the strategy. He does twice per week personal training. With specific training that burns fat and builds muscle. We do a combination of strength training at 3 sets of 8-12 reps. Then we pair it with a high intensity exercise like battle ropes for 30 seconds. Then he takes 30 seconds rest.
We also use a flexible dieting approach, where he can eat whatever he wants. As long as it fits into his calories and protein.
He’s on 160g of protein a day, and 1600 calories.
He’s also on our app, where we message him every day. And we do weekly check ins to make sure he’s on track.
The last step is that we change the training and nutrition depending on whether he’s lost 0.5kg or more per week.
If he lost 0.5kg, then we keep the training the same. If not, then we change his protein and calories accordingly.
