Iโve got a quick tip for you today.
Accountability is the key to getting in shape hands down.
I wouldnโt have been able to get in shape if it wasnโt for my friends.
Step 1. Find a friend or someone you know.
Step 2. Challenge them to a month of healthy eating or gym.
Step 3. Make a basic plan to follow. For example healthy eating, tracking food on an app, or going to the gym 4 days a week.
Step 4. Message each other every day. Send proof that you did what you said you were going to do for the month challenge.
For the healthy eating challenge, screenshot what you did today to your friend.
For the gym challenge, meet your friend at an agreed upon time. And schedule those workouts in on your calendar. Make it social.
Funnily enough when I started, I had 1 friend. I was studying personal training when i was 18. She asked to go to the gym with me at least 3 times. Then they dragged me to the gym. When i was there, i met some fit guys. And i approached them with a joke. They invited me back to train every day. And the rest is history.
