How a Busy Geelong Professional Lost 6.5kg

Brett Velthoven had always considered himself reasonably fit. As a 42-year-old business consultant. He'd squeeze in gym sessions between client meetings and family commitments. He'd hit the treadmill three times a week, do some weights, and call it a day.
