About Armstrong Lazenby

I’m Armstrong, founder of Fitness Image and creator of the 42 Day Lean Body Reset.

I was a speed skater for Australia for ten years. Olympic gold medalist Steven Bradbury was my coach. I also competed on Australian Ninja Warrior in 2018.

Since 2015, I’ve helped over 500 people lose weight and get fit. And I’m the owner of Fitness Network Magazine.
