Jasmine has lost 15cm from her stomach since training with me. I’m proud of her because shes consistent. She always turns up and is willing to listen. She works hard at her job. And then comes to training and puts in a good effort.

She may have lost only 5kg in total. But her body has completely changed. And the clothes she wears. Today at the gym, here’s what we did:
- 2 min rowing machine
- Deadlifts 3×8 reps at 40kg
- Superset with 1 arm bent over row for 15 reps. 60 seconds rest
- Pull ups with band support. 3×8 reps.
- Superset with bulgarian split squats for 10 reps each side. 60 seconds rest.
- Then we did kettle bell swings for 30 seconds, paired with sled push for 30 second. And repeated that 4 times
