The program is for you if the results are what you’re looking for. I’ve designed the challenge to be the most effective way to improve and reach your goals. The challenge is a plan to help you get your best results in the first six weeks of training.

We’ve got a few private studios across Melbourne.

Our main studios are in Port Melbourne and Albert Park, but just ask if you’re further away as we have other locations.

We also do mobile personal training, where we’ll come to your place or a park near you. We service all over Melbourne.

Our trainers will travel up to 10km from their main location. Please contact us for specific info!
