A good coach has many years of experience. In my opinion, a coach should have at least 5 years experience to be very good. Anything less will mean the coach doesn’t know how to get clients’ results. They may look good themselves, but it’s another thing to be able to get other people’s results. And that takes years of experience. 

Also what matters is having a system and plan set up. If the coach has a very organized structure, that’s good. If they sell just casual sessions, that’s generally not enough to be able to get the most effective results. Mainly because clients’ need more support and help than just a couple in-person sessions, or just exercise. 

Fitness coaching is only effective when it has these three critical components:
