Where are the sessions?

We come to you, so any park near you or at your place is good. We usually service these areas:

Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Albert Park, Middle Park, Docklands, Southbank, Seddon, Yarraville, Newport, St Kilda, Melbourne city CBD, South Bank, and the surrounding suburbs. If your location isn’t listed here or is further away, there may be a small travel fee.

What’s included in the 10 Week Resize?

The 10 Week Resize is a mobile personal training service, where we come to you or a park near you. We bring all the equipment needed. We’ll go over your goals, injuries and needs, then we will take your measurements. This way we can keep you on track and motivated over the 10 weeks. Once you’ve reached your peak at 10 weeks, there’s a maintenance phase so that you can keep your results for good. At the end of 10 weeks, you’ll see noticeable and visible changes in how you look and feel.

How do I pay?

Cash or bank transfer is preferred. You can also pay by credit card if needed.

How much is it for a personal trainer?

$55/ 30min session for twice per week training. We come to you.

Is it worth getting a personal trainer?

I’ve had many sport coaches, and personal trainers before. Even while I was a qualified personal trainer myself, I still hired a personal trainer to help me stay motivated and get me to my goals. It’s the best way to make sure you hit your goals, but also to achieve them in a timely manner. Currently I don’t have a personal trainer as I’ve reached my goals and I’m just maintaining now.

How often should I exercise?

That’s a good questions to ask on the phone. You can call 0402 826 824 anytime and I’m happy to help. About 80% of the clients I’ve worked with have trained twice per week for personal training. And some have exercised once or twice a week on their own. This ensures great results within 10 weeks.
